Plot:

The movies takes place in the future, in the year 2019, where a disease has malformed pretty much all humans into evil vampires. Confronted with a diminishing blood supply available, the splintered leading race plans for their survival; in the meantime, an investigator works with an undercover group of vampires on a method to save humanity.
